Thank you for shopping with From Ruby To You. We are committed to creating and delivering your personalized items with care.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 5–10 business days after payment is received. Personalized, custom, embroidered, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During holidays, sales, special events, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. We will do our best to keep you informed if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, shipping delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, when available.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

From Ruby To You is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, From Ruby To You is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request additional delivery information.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select orders. Customers who select local pickup will receive an email or message when their order is ready.

Please bring proof of purchase or a valid order confirmation when picking up your order.
